I love getting to know what motivates people and how we can use those insights to help create positive experiences for the people we communicate with.
What I’d like to be known for
I’m a people person and I’d like to be known for bringing a spark of positivity and curiosity to the work I do. Asking those searching questions – building a deeper understanding of the what and the why of everything we’re doing. So that means questions, lots of listening and empathy, and understanding everyone’s needs before looking to create solutions that meet the brief and improve the user experience.
My favourite projects to work on
My motivation is always to help people and push things forward. So any kind of change project excites me – ones that we can really get stuck in to, shape strategy, and know we’re going to help make a difference to the people we’re communicating with.
