Hi, I’m Jez. I’m the (quite new) Director of like minds.
I see my role as having two key priorities:
Firstly, to create an environment where the team can thrive, supported by a culture that enables them to be their best, feel their best and do the best work of their career.
Secondly, to deliver real impact for our clients, leading to long-term partnerships based on mutual trust, respect and value.

My favourite projects to work on
Projects where our clients see the value in truly putting their members first. Creating unique communications that help members feel more informed and make better decisions for their lives.
It’s a win-win for our team, too, as these are the projects that bring out the best in their expertise, and they are driven by delivering positive impact for members.
