Hi I’m Nikki, and I’m Head of Creative and Brand.
I’m part of the leadership team at like minds, and it’s my job to make sure creativity is always alive and present in our story, our strategy and our work with our amazing clients.
What I’d like to be known for
Being someone who can help define and solve complex problems. The key to creative work is curiosity first, which usually means asking great questions, and not being afraid to ask the one no-one else has - that’s usually where the good stuff is!
My favourite projects to work on
I get most excited when a project starts out a little chaotic. The messier the better! I have always really loved getting stuck into that initial complexity, shaping the problem, and turning early chaos into ideas and solutions that make a difference.

The sea. Music + headphones. Books.

I’m currently...
Learning how to paint, and settling into my new home with a garden, which means figuring out how not to kill lovely green things that I’m now responsible for. Historically, that’s not been a strong point, so wish me luck.
I believe in kindness. Also in mischief. Also in singing, especially when singing is not necessarily prescribed.
