Hi, I’m Silja. I’m an account coordinator, and I work with different client teams to make project delivery as smooth as possible.
I’m the person who’s obsessed with structure, timelines, and processes! I often describe myself as the “spider in the web” - collaborating with internal and client teams to understand project scopes, objectives, and resources, and helping to get projects across the finish line.
What I’d like to be known for
I believe that while we take our work seriously and always push to produce valuable results, we should do so while having an absolute blast. It’s a huge compliment when my colleagues call me “Silly Silja” or have a laugh with me, and that’s what I hope to be known for — alongside doing great work!
My favourite projects to work on
Any project that feels impossible. The big and complicated projects are the best! I find a sense of purpose in the chaos and feel I do my best work when the odds are stacked against us.
