What I’d like to be known for

Being someone people can rely on and for making things feel easy, human, and connected. I love having a chat, being the supportive shoulder to lean on, and having fun in the work that we do. Not everything about pensions has to be so serious!

My favourite projects to work on

Anything I can properly get stuck into and learn something new – I’m a yes person to most things (except maths) because I like to take on new challenges. I also love shaping messages, working closely with clients, and helping bring ideas to life in a way that really lands.

The thing I can’t live without

My family – they keep me sane and anchored in life. Living at home, you’ll see them wandering around in the back at some point on a call. And I can’t not give an honourable mention for chocolate. A world without chocolate is no fun.

Why I joined like minds

The chance to work on projects that genuinely make a difference, especially with our ‘No Member Left Behind’ philosophy.

Aside from the work itself, it’s the people. The opportunity to have meaningful conversations with clients and colleagues you genuinely connect with makes every project all that more worth it. Everyone brings insight, care, and expertise, and it just makes collaborating feel so natural.
