I help shape how we approach digital projects and make sure we deliver the best solutions for our clients. My focus is on using technology and creative thinking to make a real difference in the work we do.

For me, team culture comes first. If I can help create an environment where the team feels good about their work and inspired by what they’re doing, I’ll be more than happy.
My favourite projects to work on
I don’t have a favourite. Every project helps build relationships, within the team and with the client. I try to see each one as an opportunity to strengthen those relationships.

Family first, I think that’s it.
Why I joined like minds
When I first walked into like minds, I knew it was a company I wanted to be a part of. The people and the culture drew me in, and I haven’t looked back. I also like that what we’re doing is genuinely helping people with their futures, we don’t find ways to sell things that people don’t need.

I’d be creative in some way, maybe an artist, maybe an art teacher, maybe a documentary maker. I’ve always been fascinated by the supernatural and the unknown, so something in that area.
